Nedna Stoutwhistle is a jovial halfling with a love for all things wine. She is almost always in a state of drunkenness, but the earlier in the day it is, the more sober she will be. She is considered one of the best white wine makers in all of Rema, and has devoted most of her adult life to bringing her delectable beverages to as many people as possible. As such, she spends much of her time on the road. Though she has a farm and winery in Alestead, she is rarely ever home to work it.
