Ruvenran
Ruvenran is a relatively young town in Otterbine Territory. Until about a decade ago, it was a small village, with only a handful of families eeking out a living near The Great Fens. Then, the Birchbeck River made a significant change to its course, putting Ruvenran at the only good place to ship goods from the fens or interior otterbine lands up river to the new naval base at Helmharbor. It's now a sprawling, disorganized river town, with new inhabitants drifting in every day.
