In any matter not dictated by the laws of Delryn, the Monarch of Arion answers only to the Monarch of Delryn. Succession is generally understood to be the eldest child of the Monarch; however, the Monarch of Arion holds their position at the pleasure of the Delrynian Monarch, who can change the order of succession or appoint a new Monarch within the laws of Delryn. In the event that a Prince or Princess does not produce a child to secure the succession within Arion, the succession falls to the second heir of Delryn. In general, they are free to establish their own relationships and trade with other nations and states unless Delryn has decreed otherwise - this happens most frequently when Delryn is opening in conflict with another nation. In addition, the monarch is a relative of the Monarch of Delryn - thus, Arion's diplomatic ties are often the same or close to Delryn's. Economy
Arion has access to all of Delryn's resources through free and easy trade. They specialize themselves in lumber, honey and maple, and the trapping and fur industry.
