The Garden Expanse

A land of lush forests and hills, laden with precious metals. The Garden Expanse is in a time of rebellion, as the lord of Whitesword, the self proclaimed Duke Balor Silvercrow crushed the Border Princes and leveled their towns and fortresses. From 1653 to 1658 the Border Princes attempted to repel the mercenary armies of Port Whitesword and Duke Silvercrow. Alas, with the port having massive reserves of coin from metal mining, the Border Princes couldn't keep up with the amount of soldiers encroaching in their lands. Three of the four Border Princes were captured and executed, whilst the last, Prince Nicolas Ravenlight escaped, vowing to avenge his brothers and reclaim his ancestral keep. Rebels run amuck, flitting between trees and down the rivers under the cover of night, sabotaging as they go. The perils of the once peaceful land of the Garden Expanse has been torn apart into a war zone. The rebels that were under the Border Princes continue to fight to destroy Duke Silvercrow and Port Whitesword, all the while aim to rebuild their former kingdom and place the last remaining Border Prince on the throne.
