Brine Lake

This lake, contains an ancient sunken castle temple of a long forgotten lieutenant of Sereptra, the Great Betrayer. The temple is quite deep and filled with water monsters and guardians of great variety.The deepest chamber is said to be the throne room of the felled beast itself, although this cannot be confirmed. Those who live in The Garden Expanse avoid Brine Lake at all cost, as its fetid waters hold nothing but death to intruders. Legend states that the waters were forever damaged when an event of consuming fire engulfed the temple and the lake itself. The fire, so hot that it ruined the lake indefinitely. Only one fire is known to create such permanent destruction, dragon fire.
