Goddess of Afterlife and Travel
The lady and creator of the afterlife. She is considered the ruler and owner of the 16 Afterlives, and does have a palace in each of the afterlives, with one throne for her, and another throne for someone else, that has never been filled, although the title is largely meaningless as she does not exert her power over the 16 Afterlives in any meaningful way. She didn't fight in the Universal War due to her project of Purgatory. Her soul is divided into three parts, one of them the Celestial Undertakers, one the Infernal Undertakers, and the remaining one spending its time riding around the 16 Afterlives in a carriage made of bones with a zombie entourage.

Tenets of Faith
She does not reward her followers, but anybody who does follow her believes that all necessary punishment will be administered in the afterlife. This leads them to have a great disregard for the law, either doing whatever they want and knowing they will receive punishment, or leading them to follow a virtuous path in life, expectant of a good afterlife.

Personal history
Was born in the capitol of the Forgotten Kingdom and was raised there by the king. She lived a life of pampered luxury. Her parents rarely visited, although when they did, they would spend their time doting on the two twins. Before she reached puberty, she found herself fascinated with death. She would often spend her time in graveyards, and started to wonder what being dead meant. Her research led her to study with a necromancer whose research had concluded that once dead, a soul would travel forever in one direction, but that, if intercepted in time, could be trapped. He had two such souls. At some point during this research she started to refer to souls as "little travelers" and started to design Purgatory with the help of the necromancer. When she reached puberty, she was given the domains of Afterlife and Travel and immediately began to work on Purgatory with the help of the necromancer. Her first design, which was simply the Purgatories with no separation between souls failed, and she ascribed this to too many souls of too many differing moralities being together. At some point in this design her necromancer friend was killed by Eater, who devoured his soul. Her second design included the usage of the 16 Afterlives, which she molded into what they are today. They also had the Celestial Undertakers and Infernal Undertakers in place as beings to guide souls to the correct afterlife. This afterlife was determined through a post-mortem evaluation of the soul. This eventually failed too, as it eventually became obvious that people were getting into afterlives they shouldn't due to either cheating the system or the shock of dying. The third model was largely unchanged, except every person's actions in life was ascribed point values and recorded on the Slate of the Gods. The afterlife every mortal went to from then on would be determined by their score on the Slate of the Gods. After her work was done she fashioned herself a carriage and is now riding around in it through the 16 Afterlives.
