Bonegnawer Ragabash, Elder and Spymaster of the Vancouver Sept. Nearly seventy (though looks 50), Stanley still loves up to his honorific, only making a sound when he wants to be heard. Though he rarely works in the field anymore, he has trained hundreds of Garou the world over in the art of spycraft and infiltration. His students help the Garou Nation to frustrate human governmental and corporate plans, in addition to securing lucrative contracts, information, and land deals whenever possible. He has little patience and is a harsh, overbearing teacher (in stark contrast to Gwendolyn, Bearer of Coldflame .
