Access & Availability
For nearly 100 years the general "Idea" of Gun/Blastpowder remained a well kept secret within the Panwenese Kingdom and its royal family. Unfortunetley with also meant that only the peoples of the Southern Kingdoms were actually inventing things for which the powder would be useful.

Technically the hand of creation/discovery rests squarly on the shoulders of the Alchemists, chemists, and miners of the Southern Kingdoms. The Military reports that scouts returned often spoke of fires breaking out in locations known for research and experimentation. Further investigation resulted in rumours beings spread to members of the Panwenese Inventors under the employ of the Panwe Royal Family, including an up-and-comer Hiboken Ponyao .
