It is housed on the Isle of Bliss and Genocide.
It is rumored to have been created as a part of a pact between the God of Life and the God of Death.
This pact sealed the fate of the gnoll species in Realm 79: The Junction. Opening the scroll is the final enactment of the bargain, and can, according to legend, only be done by the "appointed representative of man."
