Shambling Mound

Apparently made from the merged together pieces of humanoid remains, the top of this 15-foot tall creature features a cluster of skulls, questing in various direcitons, rather than a head. It was shaped and behaved in a somewhat canine-like manner, and was about 30 feet in length.
