Rotelkon
Rotelkon is the capital of Woodangees and is not part of any of the seven provinces, and is instead considered part of it's own federal district.

Rotelkon is the most diverse city in all of Woodangees, being the main city foreigners first move to when arriving in Woodangees.
Government
Rotelkon is not part of any province as is directly ruled over by Presidium, as a result Rotelkon actually has very few local laws and mostly enforces national, the main major exception is the Rotelkon Exotic Pets Act, which legislates which animals may and may not be owned within city limits.

Rotelkon is surrounded by a defensive wall and has three closable gates. Rotelkon also has 2 battalions stationed at the local garrison.

Rotelkon is home to basically all government departments and agencies, and hosts the seats of the 3 branches of governemnt.
History
Rotelkon started as two separate but close settlements, one built by Niccadia, the other by Dijit, that eventually grew together into one citiy over time. Ever since the city of Rotelkon has been in the middle of Woodangian history, leading up to the four Rotelkon conferences, during which Woodangees became one unified nation. No other city has been host to more Woodangian history.
Points of interest
Rotelkon is home to Woodangees International airport, the only International airport in the entire nation. it is also home to several museums, theaters, and art galleries, bringing in the creative fruits of the entire nation. Rotelkon is also home to many statues and ornate fountains and public spaces.
Tourism
Most Tourists have to come through Rotelkon whether they like it or not, seeing as it is the only city with an airport with flights that leave the country. some tourists never leave the city, seeing as you can experience much of the different things each province has to offer condensed into one city.
Architecture
The city of Rotelkon is a massive city with an extensive wall surrounding it, and has had that wall in some form or another for centuries. within the city are ornate fountains, various statues, and public gardens all over for the public to enjoy. Due to the confinement of the wall the city has grown up, and there isn't one single story building in the entire city.
Climate
Like most of Woodangees, Rotelkon is tropical and nice and warm all year round.
