Situation Overview

Lady Elizabeth Wallings is the Baroness of White Reach, but this has been a largely ceremonial position with the planetary senate running things. However, there has been a current rash of chaotic events, including the Twenty-Second Skye Rangers being distracted by the Harbingers and the Legion of Vega keeping Priam Company mostly pinned down playing defense. This has emboldened her to make a move to try to make herself the one in control, by snapping up mercenaries of her own to make a force. The senate, catching wind of this, keeps an eye on it and aren't willing to intervene unless things spin more out of control.
And it has just gotten out of control. Lady Wallings has announced she intends to secure the planet, since the senate seems unwilling or unable to do so. She unveils her own personal guard, and declares the first move will be to gain the support of the Twenty-Second Skye Rangers. The senators who worked with Priam Company now approach ComStar and place a contract specifically with Priam Company to handle this. The contract goals: reduce Lady Wallings' personal force to little more than a token force before she can pose a serious threat.
The target is Coral Cove and the Wallings Estate.

Objectives

Primary Objective: The forces must be reduced in offensive potential, so they cannot pose an immediate threat to the current situation. Destroy, cripple, or force to retreat all opposing BattleMechs, and control the estate building. Salvage may be claimed, see special rules. (500 WP)
Primary Objective: To limit the enemy's capacity to rebuild, it's necessary to take apart the leadership. Cripple or destroy the two enemy Lance Commanders, and have a unit within two spaces of their location at the end of combat. Salvage may be claimed, see special rules. (200 WP)
Secondary Objective: Secure Coral Cove's outer security cordon, so the militia can safely begin moving in. Capture the bridge security centers, and maintain control of at least one for three turns. (300 WP)
Secondary Objective: There are ways the Lady Wallings may escape the compound, and at least one method of transport currently in the area. The Maxim transport in specific must be stopped via either destruction or motive damage. (250 WP)
Optional Objective: Don't get carried away and remember it's important to know just what the Lady Wallings has gathered. Visually identify the units present. (300 WP)

Setup

The area is prepared with the center third of the area dominated by steady rising elevation, with the estate grounds overlooking the northeastern "cove" area. Two important features are the wetlands along the northwestern side, and a valley which has a river in it. There are a series of bridges crossing these canyons, allowing easy access through ground vehicles. Two of the objective control points are on the bridge ends, one is at the estate grounds, and one is overlooking the wetlands. The southern area has roads which lead away from the estate to the edge of the battle area.
Priam Company sets up near the roads entering the combat area; they must set up within three spaces of the map edge, and one hex of the road elements. The Wallings mercenaries begin within four hexes of the estate grounds, the security centers, and the bridge. The only exception are the "Duvall Escort" and "Cove Raiders" which must begin near the wetlands.

Special Rules

Persistent Damage: The BLR-1G has 4 points of internal structure damage on the Right Arm at the start of the mission.
Objective Control: To control an objective point, a side must have a unit within 2 hexes of that point and have no opposing units closer to the point than them.
Scanning (Visual): Visual scanning is done by getting an unobstructed line-of-sight to a unit within 12 spaces. It is not necessary to avoid firing, only to 'see' the target clearly.
Wetlands: The wetlands of this region are represented by Depth 1 water elements. These elements cost an additional 1 MP to enter each space they contain.
Salvage: The player's force is authorized to salvage based on the number of objectives completed. Calculate the percentage of completed objectives, then multiply the amount of WP earned by that percentage. This is the amount of SP which may be claimed as salvage.
Escape Plan: The Maxim which is indicated in the objectives does not have the option of moving until Turn Two.

Special Abilities

Lucky: Sometimes you just find luck when you least expect it. For each point of Lucky, this pilot may reroll one Gunnery or Piloting roll per scenario.
Maneuvering Ace: This pilot has practiced a lot concerning movement, and can make their units do some truly amazing stunts. This pilot can employ the "lateral shift" maneuver at +1 MP if they are a MechWarrior. They also receive a -1 bonus to rolls to prevent skidding/sideslipping.
Marksman: This pilot has trained to be able to pick out a target area on their enemies rather than merely trying to hit. If the pilot does not move, and fires only one weapon on its turn, they may make a called shot as though it has a Targeting Computer. (Consult TW, p.143)
Multi-Tasker: Whenever you want to exploit a target-rich environment, or just need to have your attention divided, it's difficult. However, this pilot reduces all attacks against secondary targets by a -1 To-Hit bonus after working on their ability to split their focus.
Oblique Attacker: It takes some skill to read where your enemy is, when you can't have visual confirmation. This pilot can make Indirect LRM attacks against a target without the benefit of a spotter and have an additional -1 To-Hit modifier when doing so.

Battle Report

Prelude

(Image Link: Aerial View)
(Image Link: Defenders)
Priam Company's strike team had been selected to focus the most skilled and heaviest equipment, with the unknown quantity and quality of the enemy involved. On approach, a plan was formed to attempt to fan out and limit the options of retreating. Of great importance was preventing any potential escape for Lady Wallings, as there was a necessity of turning her over to the militia after the announcement of her rebellion.

Turn 1

(Image Link)
On arrival, getting a read on the arrayed opposing forces changed plans considerably. Priam Company's strike team shifted their heavy firepower to the right side of their approach while faster units began to move towards the left. The rebels chose to line up to meet the Stalker and BattleMaster with as much ordinance prepared as possible.

Turn 2

(Image Link)
The Priam Company Condor made a beeline down the river canyon, only to be intercepted by the rebel Condor Tanks. In an exchange of fire, the Priam Condor and one of the opposing Condors have their motive systems damaged severely enough to immobilize them. Above that river, at the Estate, the second defending Lance began to move to face the approaching BattleMechs.
At the battlefront, however, things were different. The Warhammer ascended the hill to engage the Archer, who seemed entirely uninterested in it, choosing instead to fire at the BattleMaster. The Shadow Hawk 2D wound up jumping off the hillside and trying to fire on the BattleMaster, but took enough damage from the Stalker and Centurion to fall over. The BattleMaster, ignoring the Shadow Hawk, fired on the Crusader with the intent on putting it out of commission.

Turn 3

(Image Link: Long View)
The combat continues its frantic pace, as the rebel BattleMechs continue advancing on the aggressors. The BattleMaster backs up as the Stalker advances, baiting more of the enemies into pursuing the attack. The Commando and Shadow Hawk attempt to push an aggressive stance, but are quickly hammered into submission. The Priam Centurion disables the remaining defending Condor, while the Warhammer blasts the Archer hard while riding the edge of waste heat buildup.
The rebel Locust darted around behind the BattleMaster to flank it, but winds up taking a burst from the rear lasers. It was a small reminder it had not been forgotten, despite the quick maneuvering. The Maxim transport in the canyon activated and began to dart for their escape route. On sensing the attempt, the mercenary Jenner started a full-out sprint to attempt catching it.

Turn 4

(Image Link)
(Image Link: Long View)
The rebels' actions become far more desperate, with the Stalker and BattleMaster continuing to hammer the Crusader. A couple absent shots at the Locust end with it deciding to aim its weapons to the sky and shut down, surrendering without a further fight. The Crusader, in contrast, advances and fires everything it can into the Stalker; incredible amounts of damage start causing serious issues to crop up. The Archer likewise concerns itself with the Stalker, rather than the Warhammer which continues to menace it.
The Jenner only barely managed to intercept the Maxim, but with the intense speeds being pushed by both units there was no good firing solution to exploit. It was noted the convoy which had been expected to escort the Maxim had not moved and seemed to be immobile. A good thing, as those escorts would be fully capable of dismantling the Jenner should they have entered the battle.

Turn 5

(Image Link)
(Image Link: Long View)
By this time it was clear Priam Company's strike team would take the field, but the Maxim transport would escape with whatever was loaded on it. The two Assault-class BattleMechs demolished the Crusader, while the Archer's decision to ignore the Warhammer led to it being torn apart from behind. As the Archer fell, the shock of the fall wound up twisting the internal structure into an irreparable mess.
The strike team opened comms and broadcasted a demand for surrender, with the militia on the way. The second Shadow Hawk, having the Warhammer beside it, immediately began powering down. The Phoenix Hawk reluctantly followed suit, allowing Priam Company time to begin sweeping the estate grounds for any more resistance.

Aftermath

The escape of the Maxim and evidence found at the estate's main compound meant the Lady Wallings was on the loose, and not without other mercenary support. After turning over prisoners and equipment to the militia, salvage selections were made to drag off the rebels' Condor tanks and COM-2D Commando.
