  Commander Dupree had scouts dispatched to start looking for what Captain Kreiss was after, and discovered a firebase on Emmetton Island to the southwest as well as potentially valuable ore deposits. Thinking this would help in repaying some of the loan which had been taken out, he began planning a group to assault the firebase. Reminded of the weapons demonstration he had agreed to, a trio of 'Mechs were reassigned to participate, including being refitted with the equipment provided by Kali Yama Weapons Industries Incorporated.
However, scout replies soon came back showing there were no less than three Lyran companies dispatched and poised to take action against Calderon Firebase. Poised, but not seemingly moving to engage; this suggested there was a plan simply to wait for an opportune moment to attack. Commander Dupree also had notices the Hammerfall mercenaries still were present on the continent, but they seemed content to not get in the way of this matter.
With the weight of so many issues coming into focus, Commander Dupree finalized an assault group under his command and took them to seize the Emmetton Island firebase. The intent was to remove a wild card from the field and if the Lyran forces pushed on Calderon now, it would give the Harbingers a place to resupply for a counterattack.

  Commander Sethan began trying to spread scouts out as far as possible, searching for their target and looking for places to start setting down lesser bases to use as places to expand the search from. In the process, they discover a number of new things on the northern portion of the Pelea continent, beginning with a firebase belonging to the Legion of Vega nestled in a forested hilly valley. Not far from that was a formerly commercial spaceport which was being used by the Legion as a receiving port for reinforcements, and what looked like a place where heavy iron deposits were interfering with metallic material sensors. This left the suggestion the location had been carefully chosen to allow the Legion to dig in for a long campaign on White Reach.
Scouts also reported a large force of the Legion's units making a move along the ground towards the northwestern edge of the city, trying to be a little harder to detect than DropShips lifting off. Weighing the information, Commander Sethan ordered a team to probe the apparently lightly-defended base and see what was there; given the proximity of the force and the potential for it to return quickly on the attacking force, the orders were to make a probing attack only.
Independent of this, personnel searches continued to turn up empty with any skilled people who could pass the background and skills tests. Captain Kreiss, however, had connections and connected Commander Sethan to "Gunslinger" Rodriguez and Nicol "Cardiac" Kess, who brought their two 'Mechs (a Marauder MAD-3M and Jenner JR7-D respectfully) to assist Priam Company's efforts.

  With Emmetton Island now seized, the Harbingers have taken over the Oathsworn firebase to be used as a refueling post for further exploration. Commander Dupree makes plans to return to Calderon Firebase and begin coming up with a plan to handle the Lyran offensive, while authorizing the hiring of a new 'MechWarrior to be added to the group. However, their inattention to the contract with the Senate has caused the authorization to pursue it to be revoked and left a bad impression.

  Following the probe on Sakura Firebase, Commander Sethan and Priam Company focus their attention on expanding their capabilities and support crew. However, they expend most of their energy in vain, locating nothing to help them other than a barely-qualified tech team who could work on BattleMechs. Plans began to upgrade Minos Firebase in preparation for the next attack.
