A death cult enthralled to the Rose These families have served and died for The Black Church since the fall of Parthia and maybe even longer.
Culture
This church is the perfect place to gather and maintain a Kine herd. Rose often wears the The Padre title to lure the most disenfranchised members of society into slavish devotion to Lords of Destruction and Hades. This manipulation creates a tiered class system within the cult with Kindred at the top, and the unaware Kine at the bottom. The Kine who show themselves to be useful are often Blood Bound and intiated into the higher ranks of the church or even gifted with the embrace.
Public Agenda
Publicly this is just an esoteric Eastern Orthodox church, insolure but very opened handed with their charities and outreach programs. They focus on "helping" the vulnerable and disadvantaged in community. There is never a hungry child in a neighbor close to the Black Church.
