Dracaena
Very little is known about Sareen otherwise known as the Dracaena. Who she was and what clan she was a part of before becoming the most powerful dragon alive is a mystery.
What IS known is her followers are devout and loyal to a fault. Even those who don't follow the religion fear speaking out against her. The little information I could obtain took a deal of trickery to obtain and even then, it is cryptically vague. But it seems she has been the Dracaena for as long as anyone can remember. In fact, there are no records of who was the Dracaena who preceded her. Official records regarding the Dracaena's history are sealed to all, even her kobolds.
Sareen has natural power and charisma that many envy and fear. There is no doubt her title compliments her overpowering stature rather than defining her, a trait only seen in the most powerful leaders. She also has a strong dislike of humans, or perhaps it is indifference. It is hard to tell. She does not suffer disrespect in any form, but she also doesn't oppress humans. Rumors indicate otherwise, but her followers swear by her care and kindness towards humans.
One thing I found strange was her lack of dragon followers. The dragons seem to fear rather than adore her and she lives alone in her temple, only being occasionally visited by a single male dragon. What this implies, I'm unsure, but investigating the Dracaena's love life is dangerous.

Sareen saved Olyvia from humans who had taken and tortured her. Not only that, but Sareen taught the dragoness how to use her Call and helped rebuild her shattered confidence and overcome her fears of humans. To this day, it is believed that the two remain inseparable although no one has ever seen them together.
