What Permits?

Talbot Marlot heard rumors of strange real estate deals happening in the secondary construction around the MN UFC Allianz Stadium. Looking into it, he discovered that the only construction permits being approved were for construction that belonged, indirectly, to Joaqin DeBoer, a wizard on the football club's Board and an investor in the stadium.

At the same time, Friedrich Gottschalk's permits for his club, Black Forest, had been pulled, due to an old sewer entrance found beneath a walk-in freezer the contractors had pulled out of the basement.
