Julie Piper

Detective Julie Piper was investigating the murder of five people at the Public Storage building at Como Ave & Hwy 280. This incident was covered in the first session of the game, when the characters went looking for the catnappers that took Grey from Sam Blackwell's apartment. They discovered and nearly wiped out the Sea Wolves.
Detective Piper made contact with Friedrich Gottschalk, prompting him to request help from Abdi Amal's corrupt cop ring. Since dropping that case, the detective has been looking into the disappearance of Joaqin DeBoer and Kim Johnson.
Julie has also been appointed to a strange joint task force between the Ramsey County Police and the Catholic church to root out corruption in Saint Paul's government. Citizens are not happy with this alliance.
