Abdi Amal

Abdi Amal is a Somalian vampire with some influence in the Night Faction. He has contacts in the Saint Paul and Minneapolis police departments and is also known to associate with various gangs and drug smugglers throughout the cities. Seems to have a smuggling operation involving a foundry and docks in Saint Paul.
