Herman von Böhrn
The Böhrn's have ruled over the Baronry of Böhrn for over four centuries. Initiallly as vassals of the powerfull Archduke von Walfen and later after intervention by Magnus the Pious as a primae estate of the Grand Prince of the Reikland. However, Baron Herman is probably the last of a long line of Barons to rule the estate and he and his wife Tilde were denied a son and the Barinry is now ruled by his eldest daughter Agetta.
Baron Herman was certainly a larger than life character whose sense of self-importance was only matched by the loudness of his vioce and the violence of his temper. He made sure he was the centre of attention everywhere he went and and was quick to take offense with anyone who tried to upstage or out shine him.
His peers soon learned to tread carefully around him as anoyone who offended him was sure to be challenged to a duel and Baron Herman was a self-professed master with both sword and pistol.
