Intelligence Committee

The International Council's Intelligence Committee is responsible for all member nations' spy networks, assassinations and other intelligence gathering activities. It consists of two members from each member nation, one who must be a registered Potions Master.

The ICIC's goal is to monitor and regulate the intelligence gathering efforts of its member nations, to keep track of who has issued Black Books and on whom, and who is acting as potions master in each nation.
