Personal history
Before turning into a nazi sympathizer and aiding nazi schemes in America and Canada, Gunter was a circus performer that toured far and wide. With his natural strength and agility he made a name for with his clown act. With the name Dwarfo the clown, a name thought up to be ironic to his physique, he brought a good amount of laughter to the crowd. But the Great Depression and low attendances forced the circus to close. He tried to apply to other venues with no success, citing he wasn't good enough for them or they were already full of performers.
One day a man named Brunner started talking to him when he was waiting in line for an audition. The exact conversation is lost to time, but they became friends and were often associated with the same nazi sympathizing circles. Around this time Gunter became a nazi sympathizer, though why is known only to him. Some say it was Brunner, while others believe it was his failure in finding another job.
He worked with One-Ear Brunner and slimey to swipe the Ice Beam during WW2.
After the war he became a henchman for hire for many a villain.

He identifies as male. He doesn't think highly of women or queer people, even for the era.

He never completed school due to poor grades. No one in America knows when he dropped out, but it was known that he had his schooling in Germany. He also has some clown training, though he's no master at it.
He is also adept at using guns.

He was formerly a clown and a circus performer. Currently he is a criminal, specifically a henchmen for hire. No one knows why he didn't go for being a strongman considering his size.
Intellectual Characteristics
His intellect is average at best. People who known him claim he's dim. He understands how to do crimes, put scientific principles or logic processes are something he doesn't understand quite well.
Morality & Philosophy
Is a nazi sympathizer, and held many of their beliefs during WW2. Post WW2 he displayed far-right beliefs and a condensation towards anyone that isn't white.

Initially it was out of nazi sympathy and some money. After the war he realized being hired muscle was his true calling and he now offers himself to anyone who pays.
