Personal history
Not much is know about the man known as Slimey, at least what he's willing to tell.
What is however, is that he went to university to study biology and obtained a Master's in Marine biology.
During WW2 he aide the criminal known as One-Ear Brunner to steal the plans for the Ice Beam
After the war he was seen being a for hire henchman for his specialty in animal handling. This let him open a business so that people can rent out animals for their lairs.
The origin of his nickname "Slimey" came from when he handling slimy marine animals for a gangster during the 30's. The story goes was that the gangster had a marine pet and Slimey was the only one who knew how to handle it. The gangster didn't last but the nickname and his reputation lasted.

He doesn't care who he works for as long as they pay him. He isn't bothered by racists or nazis. He draws the line at animal abuse, abuse any animals under his care and he'll screw you over. For him, it's because he's a professional. Another reason is that he has genuine empathy for the animals under his care and doesn't like seeing them abused.
