Heinrich Walter Brunner (a.k.a. One-Ear)
Last night, notorious gangster and former Nazi Heinrich "One-Ear" Brunner died in his gambling house due to a bullet to the head. Gunshots were heard but no witnesses or witnesses have came forward. -Excerpt from a 1957 article of the Montreal Clarion.

General Physical Condition
A middle aged German man who seems like he's constantly about to blow his fuse. He's shorter than most with a chubbier build with a missing ear. His voice has an obvious wheeze due the constant smoking.
Body Features
Caucasian, somewhat chubby and non athletic (probably doesn't exercise), has the negative side affects of smoking, a square and leering face, the hair is in the style of a flattop. He also has a missing left ear.

His face is square shaped and looks learing or angry when he's relaxed or at a calm state.

Personal history
A German man who grew up after World War One, Heinrich became a bitter man by the time the next War rolled around. He operated in the Third Reich as a high ranking member but got caught by allied forces. He escaped somewhere in North America through channels only known by the American and Canadian Government. He was last spotted around the Great Lakes with the proper authorities being noted.
He layed low in Northville, Ontario and managed to acquire a hidden base on an island near the town, a gang of local criminals and a trained octopus. He went after the Ice Beam in a deal with the Japanese and German government. He lost to to Nelvana of The Northern Lights in her secret agent identity. He ended up in jail with a grudge.
When he got out of jail he moved to Montreal and joined the local crime scene. In 1957 he died due to mafia related violence in his gambling house.

Author's Notes
In-universe he changes his story so often that nobody truly knows. Stories used were he got it cut through a war or gang violence, he was a victim of a beating, his father cut it off, birth defects, and various accidents. In a fictional comic book company, He would have multiple origins of the ear. The multiple choice past is a reference to this idea.
