After a scuffle in the tavern, Ebony meets Hen Jimson and they become adventuring partners, paid by Volo Geddarm to save Floon Blagmaar and Renaer Neverember from a mixup with the Zhentarim and Xanathar Guild . She inherited the traits of her satyr birth father, resulting in her possessing the legs and tail of a goat, big floppy ears, and horns. Her vampiric traits result in her having a sickly pale look, red eyes, and fangs.

Her eyes are red and sunken and her face is gaunt and sickly.
Special abilities
She is able to make herself appear as a specter, and does not need to breathe. She also has the ability to spider-climb, walking on any surface unaffected by gravity.

She wears the remains of a once aristocratic dress, that has been shredded and torn into a top and bottom half. She still wears the family jewels she was given as a member of the Andromeda family, which consists of a necklace, rings, and a belt.

Personal history
She was raised in secret, in the Andromeda Villa in the Sea Ward, as she was an unwanted child, born from infidelity by her mother (?). She exhibits the characteristics of both her vampiric and fey ancestry, making her an obvious bastard child. She does not have the pure blood of her vampiric parents, making her a waste of time to raise.
In order to keep their illusory reputation as a wholesome, Lethander-loving family, she was locked away in the east wing of the manor, never to interact with the outside world. The family's loyal butler, Chester, was to be the only person to interact with the child, hiding her away from the eyes of Waterdeep. Over the years, Chester grew fond of the child, telling her stories and teaching her to read and write, but he knew she could not be kept in the east wing forever.
The child, seething with hatred for her parents and itching to escape the confines of her gilded cage, made many unsuccessful attempts to leave. Each time, Chester would be punished for her crimes, eventually resulting in his dismemberment and death. Young Annabelle became fascinated with the concept of necromancy, and attempted to resurrect her only friend, but was only able to reconnect his soul with a single piece of his body, his hand. Chester's soul resides in the astral realm, with familiars, and possesses his hand so he can continue to guide Annabelle in life without the constraints of a body that dies after one hit.

She is a part-time magician at the Yawning Portal in exchange for food and housing, and occasionally makes some coin in tips. She got the gig by bonding with the kind-hearted cook at the Yawning Portal, Jess, who put in a good word to her boss Durnan.
Accomplishments & Achievements
She successfully rescued Renaer Neverember and Floon Blaggmar from their kidnappers in the Zhentarim and Xanathar Guild.
Failures & Embarrassments
She tried to use a romantic encounter with Yagra Stonefist as a way to sate her blood thirst. It didn't end well.
Mental Trauma
She is not welcome among the vampires due to her fey ancestry, and is not welcome among the fey due to her vampiric ancestry. Both of these make her unwelcome to most in the material realm, and especially among her parents. She is aware that her existence is a smudge on the family name and has never felt love from her real parents, only from her butler who was brutally killed on her behalf. Because of this, she keeps to herself and is not quick to trust.
Intellectual Characteristics
She is fascinated with all things undead and necromantic, and aims to use her connection to the fey to strengthen her vampiric power, eventually surpassing even the power of her parents.
