Night of Red Light

Once every Red Moon.

Occurring once every few years. The Red Wanderer eclipses with the sun, resulting in bright red light that illuminates the night. While many groups celebrate the celestial event, the larges would have to be Fields Union.

History

The Night of Red Light holds a special significance to the Fields Union, as one of the eclipses occurred shortly after the peace treaty had been made with We of the Sand. As if the moon itself had agreed with the acceptance of peace.

Execution

People from all over come to the Fields Union capital to witness the night. Venders come from all over to trade, firework makers prepare and bring entire shows, and the best cooks come to challenge one another in a competition that's held with the event.

Participants

Due to its founding, a high ranking figure of We of the Sand and Fields Union are to be present. However as time has gone on the Fields Union has gotten high ranking figures of their allied faction the Copper Mount Militia to join in the festivities. Though this move was more to provide additional security for the event as it has grown in size.
