A figure of both fame and infamy, Beautiful Ben (Family name unknown.) was the founder of Junction City and its leader for many years. He lived his life based on his philosophy of "Beauty of Action". This philosophy dictated that one should not just have the beauty of appearance, but rather that one's actions should bring some happiness or betterment to the world. While some of the more prudish folks claim this was an excuse to conscript every Painted Woman in the town, history speaks to his actions being of heroic pursuits. Several records point to him being a folk hero of sorts before founding his settlement.
Many have taken to living his philosophy, seeing it as a way to better Minerva.

Personal history

Born on the border between Gold Wheat Fields, and the Classless Badlands, Ben's early life was spent with his father, as his mother passed at an early age. He was known to have four siblings, who he traveled with later in his life. Seeing the need to protect them he pushed himself both mentally and physically. His strength and physical aptitude lead to him receiving a dis-proportion amount of attention from the opposite gender. It is this that caused his philosophy to be created.

For his early life, he traveled the land. Becoming a famous mercenary and accruing wealth. Though he saved many from danger, he has left many children.
