Lofthaed

Lofthaed is situated near the border to the Southern Coast between Stromgard and Barium. Its position means its people are a mixed bag of Utlaegr and Humans. Tensions occasionally rise between the two, but the majority of the citizens are Utlaegr, and real conflict is severely punished. A standing guard from Stromgard ensures the city stays under Utlaegr rule, but otherwise the citizens consider themselves somewhat independent of the Triumvirate. The people of Lofthaed cannot be called wealthy, but they are hardworking and hardy, their main exports being grain, furs and meat.
