Barium

Capital city of Fjollotr, Barium is also the largest human settlement on the continent. The brilliant white stones of its tall towers and elegant palace were mined from the Glittering Sea, the sparkling desert to the northwest. It is a major trading hub, one of only two cities to receive shipments from the Empire. Barium is a colony of the Empire. It sends tithe and in return has its streets patrolled by imperial soldiers. Recently, an influx of imperial troops has the city on edge. Rumours abound that a full fleet is on its way, bringing war with the high tide.
