More fortress than true city, Aeger is situated on the border between the The Glittering Sea and the Emerald Coast. It boasts an impressive garrison of mercenaries. A network of watchtowers and levy gates is currently being erected on the river proper, with the intent to gain control on trade in the area. The fortress’s leader answers to Barium’s appointed Consul, but displays an ambitious streak that makes their relationship a testy one.
