Cult of Mathlann
The Cult of Mathlann is the organised worship of the god Mathlann.
The most popular of the eight Cadai with the Druchii, the Lord of Sea and Storms, Mathlann is worshiped as both a destroyer and a protector. The Asur favour his protective tendencies and he is highly favoured by the coastal Eonir rather than the landlocked Asrai.
Storm Weavers are wizard-priests who serve the High Elf Fleets, usually vessels that have home ports in Cothique or Lothern. Many Elves fear the mercurial Storm Weavers for their ability to summon the wrath of Mathlann.
Reef shrines to the Lord of Sea and Storms can be found across the world, wherever Elves have sailed. A shrine is usually sculpted to resemble the god or one of his favoured sea creatures. Mathlann's major shrine on Ulthuan is a multi-spired temple of coral and dolomite which can be found in the Shifting Isles.

Locations
The Caraidh houses that live in the Shifting Isles revere Mathlann even above Asuryan the creator. Storm Weavers in Cothique commune with Krakens, Megaladon and Merwyrms and the god is honoured as the king of sea creatures. Sea monster hunters around Cothique will vie for the king's favour although they must be cautious they do not incur his anger by over hunting and so often clash with voracious hunter-cults of Anath Raema.Reef shrines to the Lord of Sea and Storms can be found across the world, wherever Elves have sailed.
