The gods created the world long ago a common ground between the ethereal plane, the faerūn, and the Celestial Plane.
Principal Geography & Features
The known world is generally temperate with the high mountains being capped in snow most of the year and the rivers leading from them down to the surrounding ocean. Lands to the south contain mysterious and unknown adventures but are filled with dangerous environments and even more dangerous creatures. The land bridge to the north is locked down by the ruling organization that runs the gold mines there.
