Below the high and mighty sky city, where not even the sun shines, live those who are not blessed with enough magical ability or coin to leave.

Government

A puppet government consisting of a Mayor and some council members is the “official” government of Everdark. In actuality the slums are run by the Daimyo of the The Undercity Services Guild.

Infrastructure

Surrounded by vast desert and with no roads leading to the village many of the inhabitants of Everdark simply live off the scraps that make their way down from the Floating City above.
