Overview

Though Urwawar city is within the territorial bounds of the Suversk nation, it operates much like a city-state under the quiet rule of Zhu'Drahinuaw. This is the only city that the family actually stakes a claim in ruling and has any vested interest in maintaining control over. Otherwise, Zhu'Drahinuaw much prefers to spread itself out in enclaves and outposts across the world, scattered in the other populous cities. However, Urwawar is the city of invention and technology. Fitting since it's essentially the Zhu'Drahinuaw home and the family in the pioneer is nearly everything concerning electronics and software. Or they were. Since the technological revolution, the city has drawn all manner of enterprising and intellectual vnou hoping to become involved in one way or another. This has made Urwawar the largest city with the most dense population. Though Zhu'Drahinuaw is undoubtedly the uncontested rulers, there is an obvious presence of nearly all of the powerful families. From pent houses to overly elaborate estates in Draic Yard, the wealthy and powerful have set themselves up in the technological capitol so they won't be left behind.

Government

Like most of vnou, the structure of government and administration is manipulated by a powerful family. No one but the other wealthy families know that Zhu'Drahinuaw own the city, nor do they know that it behaves much like an independent city-state in how it operates. As far as the general populace is aware, Urwawar is just one of those big cities with a messy political structure and complicated, bureaucratic district that handles the patents and finances of the dig corporations that call the city home. While Zhu’Drahinuaw certainly has an iron grip on the city and how it functions, the family doesn’t have anyone [I]from the family directly involved in the government. Instead, it is full of their Fa. What many vnou might see as wealthy political families set up in Urwawar are likely Fa of Zhu’Drahinuaw, though not [I]all of them are.

Tourism

Though Urwawar is one of the most populated cities on vnou, it does not have a thriving tourism industry. Neither does it rival the three Sin Cities in attractions, clubs, or a nightlife in general. Though one is present, Zhu’Drahinuaw has limited its growth both to keep the city orderly, but more importantly to limit Sid’Vyouz’ influence and their potential to spread it through entertainment. Arguably, Urwawar is [I]not one of the most desirable places to live because it is a very business and corporate centric city. Laws, taxes, zoning, and construction favor the large corporations that have set up in Urwawar and many of the people who do move to Urwawar do so for their job, into apartments provided by their work.

Technology

The main draw of Urwawar, and why anyone not associated with the large businesses would move there, is the technological centers and factories that exist. Nearly all of the smaller computer parts and cellphones are made in Urwawar. All of the code and software for nearly everything on vnou is produced in Urwawar. The employment opportunities for vnou competent in any of these areas is almost guaranteed while the limited schooling is cutthroat. Urwawar is very much a city where merit is rewarded and those that cannot contribute are easily cast off.

A note about Zhu’Drahinuaw

This family might own Urwawar and keep it fairly autonomous from the rest of the Union but that is not exactly the family’s interest. Technology, the use, spread, and exploitation of it, and coding will always be the first and foremost concern of Zhu’Drahinuaw. Knowledge is power and wealth to them, Urwawar just happens to be their home base of operations for all of it. Instead, they prefer to use puppets and their Fa to manage the city for them. In this, the proxies and Fa have a fair amount of freedom so long as things run smoothly. Result-orientated, Zhu’Drahinuaw don’t tend to care how it’s done, only that it gets done.

Family and extended family of Zhu’Drahinuaw tend to be easier to pick out than others since they have darker, gray skin and red eyes. These physical traits are most desirable in the family and are considered ‘pure blooded’, cultivated from a subculture that was nearly lost during the Reconstruction. It is not uncommon for Zhu'Drahinuaw to pick up common vnou who are physically desirable on these physical characteristics alone to breed back into the family line.
