Largely ignorant to the corruption that exists around them. The common vnou people exist in a mirror to our own, living and working in a world that is seemingly fair and more advanced from the brutal histories when vnou used one another. Powerful Shra are a myth and things have become, at least publicly, mundane and it is all carefully crafted to be maintained in this way.

This is meant to be a reflection of our modern earth with variant cultures, subtle advances in technology, and mirrored mythos. Vnou is a place of familiarity while introducing an entirely new social aspect – the Shra. The ability to mentally manipulate or control another. This ability also enables vnou to find their soul mate and bond permanently to one another.
It is a world of bureaucratic nobility and gilded soulbonds.
