Zharkalia

Zharkalia is a controversial city in Exotia, located in the northern part of the kingdom. It is a settlement inhabited by elves who followed Laira across the sea but also favored her sister and the elves of the underground kingdom of Arcanara. The people of Zharkalia were never truly accepted by the rest of the Exotians, and the city retains a different style compared to other elven settlements, with cultural habits that resemble the Antara (people of Arcanara). That said, Zharkalians prefer to associate more with people of the western lands and have attempted to become detached from the rest of the kingdom but to no avail.
