The Veiled Lands
The Veiled Lands are a state that consists of free cities that co-exist under a mutual agreement. They were founded by pirates, cutthroats, and other seafarers that defied the prohibitions and dangers of the Vespia Sea and came across a new continent that became known as the Veiled Lands. Over the years, more seafarers arrived in these lands, and organized cities began to emerge. The free cities do not share a strict constitution of laws but live under the agreed premise of keeping their home state secret and hidden from the rest of Vitallia. This agreement is the only strongly enforced law of the Veiled Lands.
