Garen
Garen is a city located in Southveil. It stands on the foot of Riv Mountain in the Valley of Fiends. Garen is a well-fortified settlement with a keep built on the back of the mountain. It is considered the central city of Southveil and the city’s keep is the island’s last line of defense, should all other settlements fall.
