Phoenix Island

Phoenix Island is an Exotian settlement west of the main elven continent. It is a heavily protected area where the Circle of Elders resides for most of the year. The island was named after Laira, the Goddess known as the First Phoenix and the protector of the elves. It is said, that as a phoenix, she always appears on that island before the elders, to offer guidance in ruling the realm.
