Dragaro

Dragaro is a ceremony in Dragoria in which a number of nominated warriors fight against each other to death to earn the title of the King of Dragoria. Nominees travel to an empty island called "King's Island" where they are left to fight to the death. Dragaro re-occurs upon the death of a king.
