The Tagizdam Accords

The Tagizdam Accords is the peace treaty that ended the so called Mirror's Edge War between Tagizdam and The Black Rift.
The first article of the Accord kept the Tinsots as the main governing body of the Black Rift but made it subject to the royal court of Tagizdam, which was given the right to veto the Tinsot's decisions and to impose its own decisions upon the Court. This article also made the Perneber an elected official instead of a title passed along in the The Qarzen Family.
The second article prohibited the Revík Omest from training with or use heavy weaponry, relegating it from a standing army to only a city guard.
The third article placed a Tagizdamian garrison into the Black Rift and made it the standing army there. This article also gave the Bohukorol the right to conscript men from the Black Rift when needed.
In the fourth article all of Tagizdams debts to the the Black Rift were cancelled.
The fourth article made the city pay a third of its cyclical revenue to Tagizdam.
