The town is very diverse in terms of races, ethnicities or wealth classes. While humans are prominently there, it is not hard to spot creatures of different species.
Species
Common: Genasi, Human, Halfling, Half-Elf
Uncommon: Half-Orc, Tiefling, Elf, Dwarf, Dragonborn
Rare: Tabaxi, Tortle, Triton, Orc, Goblin.
Wealth Classes
It is hard to announce the specific wealth classes that live in Lonebrook. People don't flaunt their wealth except for the business owners and the Pirate King himself.
Professions
Most people are pirates or ex-pirates, while some are working hard to provide for the wellfare of the town. There are farmers for food and tabacco, but the town is mostly a good spot to parley due to the monastery that brews beers and distills liquors. There are some other small businesses related to weaponry and general goods, but you'll probably don't find anything else in the stores. Perhaps a traveling trader has some for offer, but you'd have to be lucky to meet them.

Government
The settlement is run by the Pirate King, also known as "the Honorable". Together with his advisor, they rule over the town and all the pirate visitors that come here. The guards that walk around are crew of the pirates that are docked at the harbour. The other captains have a say of their crew on the ship, but once their crew is on the island, they fall under the collective. Besides the advisor and the pirate king themselves, some conflicts are settled between pirates themselves. As long as someone can witness that it was a mutual fight, the pirates can duel their frustrations out on the island themselves. However, when said fight becomes deadly, more witnesses need to be present in order to make sure that it was a "fair" fight and not a planned murder.
Defences
The town's defenses are made on the harbor side by barricading one side of the entry, to make sure that enemies can only enter through one side. Besides that, pirates haunt the streets, so if they are there for crime or protection is only known until you get on their bad side.
Industry & Trade
The town is self-sufficient on the most part, but profits off of the tavern business and weaponry crafting since lots of pirates are coming in to either shop, parley or stay here for a period of time.
Infrastructure
Obviously, the city has a huge port along the shore, with even more ships lining the coast on the side. In addition, Lonebrook has a market place, wells, a temple and several courtyards. There was a park, but it didn't survive the many battles it hosted in the past. There are however some roads created with wooden planks, made out of broken ships. The city has no sewer system.
Assets
The town is pretty empty in terms of assets. There is one tavern, a general store, a farmers market and 3 stores based on different types of weaponry. The
Guilds and Factions
Lonebrook is housing 3 guilds
- Monastery of Spirits A monastary full of genasi monks that grow the ingredients for, and brew/distill alcohol.
- Grand View Farms A farming guild that creates most of the food on Lonebrook as well as tabacco.
- Lonebrook Shipwrights With lots of pirates, a group of carpenters decided to build and repair ships as a business on Lonebrook.
History
The settlement was once just a quiet town with a monastery full of genasi, where pirates hid among the others. Once it started thriving, the settlement grew quickly and more pirates got interest in the settlement. It’s a settlement flooded with pirates and a pirate king. There are lots of non-pirates living on the island, and either they live well because they provide for the pirates or they are tiptoeing, waiting to leave once. The land is often used to parley or rest. The pirates enjoy the brewers here.
Tourism
Pirates actively try to visit this town mostly because of the flexible rulings and atmosphere. However, sometimes normal tourists come visit. Either they are obsessed with pirate culture and want to meet some of the bandits, or want to visit the famous monastery to either see it for themselves, taste the drinks or become a member to learn its secrets.
Architecture
Most houses and buildings are created from wood, since there has been an excessive amount of it due to shipwrecks and repairs. The houses aren't very nicely built, just pasted together almost, since the only capable builders are the bosuns of the ships and the shipwright guild.
Geography
The town is alone on their island, which is mosly a coastal area. However, there has been a forest and a small cave in the area where the people gather their resources. There are also not really districts, but the pirate king has his "castle" a bit outside of the city, just like the monastary.
