The Prophet

The Prophet is the single most important person to ever have lived, according to the Mu'U people. Born somewhere in the south in approximately 35 BC, The Prophet rose to prominence as a kindly man who never mistreat others, and when the great persecution of the Mu'U began in 6 BC the Prophet made it his solemn duty to lead his people out of such a climate of hostility and towards a promised 'homeland', far to the north, where they could live in peace. The Prophet is considered one of the most powerful Octarchic mages to ever have lived (at least according to those who believe his story) due to his ability to harness Mollitamagic energy, the Mu'U magic of resilience, south of the Trans-Vi'Dan Mountain Range, a place where no mage before or since was able to harness any such amount of energy. This is such an oddity that some have taken the Prophet's story to be a complete fabrication based on this fact alone. During his travels among the Mu'U people he managed to convince a large portion of them to join him on a perilous journey northwards, with those who chose to stay being destined to die at the hands of their oppressors. During the Summer of the year 1 BC, he began to make preparations to cross the Trans-Vi'Dan mountains, a feat not repeated in over 500 years. In the spring of 0, the year of the crossing, he began his march, and the Mu'U people left the south for the last time.   Little knowledge remains of the journey through the mountains, only that it took "Approximately 9 months" and that they "Suffered great hardship along the way". The day the group could no longer see the mountains behind their backs was also the first day of spring, and marks the beginning of the calendar year of 1 AC, 1 after crossing.
