The Kingdom of Caragor

The former power of Eastern Marmesia, Caragor is now relegated only to its heartland surrounding the Primloch, the lake that makes up much of the central area it exists in.
To its North is Aristania, it's current rival who wishes to wipe it off of the map, to the west the Aristanian puppet state of Stothokia, and the South is the Southern Isle, a tenuous but warming up ally primarily put together due to their shared distaste for Aristania.
    Caragor is a Kingdom with a singular head of state, however everything other than the military and national law is instead put up to lords of each region within the country. There are ten lords, each of which decides on most matters inside of their region with only some oversight by the King.
  Caragor was formerly a major power in the region, controlling the entirety of southern Marmesia from the canal south of the continents interior sea, to as far north as the top of Se-Didranil's forests. However after losing in the Aristani-Carag war, much of their territory was either annexed directly by Aristania, or 'liberated' by their neighbor. Now a far more dense state, they have focused on internal policy rather than external diplomacy and domination, using their large trading power, alongside cultural influence, in order to get their way.

Territories

Caragor currently controls all areas surrounding the Primloch. This is mostly in the southeastern section of Marmesia. The waters here are warm, and the lands are very fertile. This alongside the population density means it's a true hub for goods and services.
