Aristania is a growing power within Marmesia, driven by a rise of nationalist sentiment within its borders alongside a magical item revolution leading to all soldiers in their army being equipped with magical items, leading to victories even when outnumbered. They have expanded aggressivley, and are exerting their power onto other members of the local region, such as the near puppet state of Stothokia, and the dual possession of Hilignia though the trade companies. It's current rival, Caragor, is the last holdout on their borders that still resists major influence, leading to tension between both states.
