Goddess of Greed, Avarice, and Subjugation

Myrexia, the Dragon-Mother is a lesser deity and the creator of the chromatic Dragons and the Dragonborn. She was created by the great god Nixus to create the dragonborn in his image, and rule over them. Myrexia began to foster a deep hatred for anything that wasn't Draconic, seeing them as inferior, and growing bitter at Nixus for his compassion towards them. She corrupted many of the Dragons with greed and pride, creating the chromatic Dragons. She then made the Dragonborn as their slaves, and ruled over them all. This all ended when Nixus and his loyal metallic dragons encouraged the Dragonborn to rebel, and helped them escape in a massive war. Myrexia is known as the Great Enslaver by the Dragonborn due to this.

Myrexia is worshipped by the chromatic Dragons, and Dragonborn zealots. Her followers wish to subjugate the world under her rule, and bring ruin to the gods that scorned her. The Dragonborn Clan Norixius is among the largest and most powerful Dragonborn clans, and they are fiercely loyal to Myrexia.

Divine Domains

• Trickery Domain: Myrexia is a deceptive entity, bestowing clerics that worship her with power from the Domain of Trickery. Myrexia is greed incarnate, valuing avarice highly. She demands superiority, and that means anything that doesn't belong to her or her followers, needs to be taken, if not by force then by deception and larceny.

• War Domain: Myrexia is a war goddess, bestowing clerics and paladins that worship her with power from the Domain of War. Myrexia demands absolute subjugation of her enemies, encouraging not just victory, but enslavement or total ruin.

Tenets of Faith

• Greed. All material possessions belong to Myrexia and her followers, and there is no nobler pursuit than the pursuit of other's wealth. If one cannot defend their own possessions, they are inferior to you, and superiority must be demonstrated.

• Subjugation. Once you have conquered, tolerate no dissent. Your word is law. Those who obey it shall be favored. Those who defy it shall be punished as an example to all who might follow.

• Superiority. It is not enough to merely defeat an enemy in battle. Your victory must be so overwhelming that your enemies’ will to fight is shattered forever. A blade can end a life. Fear can end an empire.

Divine Goals & Aspirations

Myrexia wishes to rule over all of Veteria with an iron fist, subjugating every living being under her rule. She also wishes death upon the Astrum for their alleged superiority over her, something that haunts her to her core.
