Astrum

The Astrum are the major gods of Veteria. They were said to be created at the dawn of time by The Weaver, the original and most powerful of the gods. The Astrum each represent and rule over a different aspect of the universe and the world. According to legend, the Astrum all sang the song of creation, a great chorus, that led to everything coming into being. Some created races, beings made in their own image to carry on their word, and some found Avatars, beings that act as their chosen that their power flows through. The lesser deities were created by the Astrum to represent other new concepts, and they are often in a scramble for power to one day become Astrum themselves.
