House Sula

The current ruling house of Thuon Khor, they have been the ruling family of Thuon Khor for three generations. Since they are elves however, this spans about 1400 years.
The first of the Sula House to rule Thuon Khor took the throne in a violent rebellion against the human King, Julad II. Julad was a tyrant and an oppressive ruler, concerned with monuments to himself than his people. After he was deposed, Queen Numia Sula, dubbed Numia V, initiated a campaign of great reform and learning, empowering her people. In her time she abolished slavery, created arcane universities, traditional schools, and reformed the military with a focus on training and better equipment.
When she died, her firstborn Hulin, dubbed Hulin III, ascended to the throne. While still focused on expanding the intellectual institutions of Thuon Khor, Hulin had his eyes set on conquering Seraht and controlling its lands. He began a brutal series of wars that raged on and off for 600 years. While he conquered all of western and eastern Seraht, he could never conquer the northern lands due to the bitter cold and the ferocity of their people.
Once Hulin died, Numia's granddaughter, also named Numia ascended, at the very young elven age of 137. Numia VI as she is dubbed, is more concerned with expanding into Hadrashar than conquering the Old World, and it shows in her dealings with the world around her. The nations await with bated breath to see how the new Queen of the Empire shall act in this new world.
