Thuon

Situated on the River Mera as it empties out into Bajmid Ocean, Thuon is the shining jewel and capital city of Thuon Khor.
Dating back to the 2nd age, Thuon has long enjoyed prosperity as a major trading hub, and security as it is at the edge of the Khor Peninsula which is nearly unassailable on land. It is protected by the Wasad mountains far to the north as one of the first settlements of Thuon Khor was an outpost at the Raeltisar pass called Pondra.
Thuon has long been an example of civilization and remains one of the largest cities in all of Vestara. As the political center of the Thuon Khor Empire, it is one of the most significant settlements in current times.
