Structure
While lacking a solid government with a formal leader, most decisions are made on a town by town basis however in the event a countrywide decision must be made, a council will be made where each town calls for a representative that has served a minimum of 6 years in the military and a proven asset in the town. Decisions made in the council must be made with a 9:10 vote ratio, revotes may be made.
Commanders may have their votes count as two votes in event of a deadlock. The high Commander counts as three votes.

Assets
The largest Asset of Sykengland is agriculture and what comes with it, grains, livestock, labour and other such things.
History
Formerly the largest slave population and centre of the Orstad empire's food provisions. Provided the bulk of forces during the liberation war.
Demography and Population
Most of the population is spread out thinly with only one major city. The largest populations are Halfling and centaurs, with other races like Satyrs, elves, and humans making up the bulk of the rest.
Territories
Modern Sykengland is former Orstad lands. All these lands are considered Liberated.
Military
Conscription: All citizens of Sykengland are expected to serve a minimum of 4 years in the military or border guard between the ages of 16 and 30. Citizens may extend service in exchange for helping the town they're from during droughts or a bad harvest, as well as council rights. Citizens may be temporarily exempt from military service if the harvest is underhanded, a family member is ill, or crippling injuries.
Reputation: While the country has a reputation for being peaceful and often has council members play mediator for other countries, it also has a reputation as the "Bulwark of Conquerors" due to them being considered the only reason the western expansion era of Donze ended. While not at the forefront of the culture, they still hold a reputation for a strong and unpredictable military.
Core military: All citizens have served the army for at least several years. In the event of invasion, all citizens are expected to protect their neighbours to the best of their abilities. Includes infantry, archers, cavalry,
Mountain Border Control: A smaller faction that stays along the mountains of the Sollons, Othrin and Ichan borders. Made up of mostly of Goattaurs and halflings small enough to ride them. Occasionally have Satyr/Faun groups.
Alliance Border Patrol: While part of the military, they serve in Ennesland to protect their allies from invasion. This faction tends to have more magic casters compared to the rest of the military due to Ennesland volunteers joining them.

Technological Level
While most technology is simplistic in Sykengland, the tools of agriculture are probably the best on the continent.
Religion
Religion is fairly simple with most beliefs focusing on fertility or harvest gods. Most towns hold a small chapel made for general use and rarely focuses on one god.

The major focus of much of Sykengland culture is based around Farming and agriculture. This has been almost perfected by the people of the country.
Education
For the most part, people are educated by their parents as children and the army. However, in the last couple of years, Ennesland has been building schoolhouses to try and provide education in the country, this has had mostly positive results in the off-seasons of harvest but attendance drops sharply during those seasons.
