Hello, and welcome to The Living World of Verum! This Dungeons and Dragons world was birthed from the mind of the magnificent Arcadum. Like any good setting, we have a structure that must be followed in order to maintain a fun, consistent, and cohesive environment through which everything functions. This structure is achieved through various rulesets, all of which are located here. This article serves as an introduction to the community rules, as well as a glossary for the more technical rulesets present in Verum.

General Discord Rules
- Do not spam.
- All automated messages, advertisements, and self-promotion, unless given explicit permission by Arcadum—such as Artists, Dungeon Masters, or the Seven—will be immediately deleted.
- Post in the relevant Discord channels only.
- Messages posted in the wrong topic area and/or channel will be removed and you will be directed to the correct channels by moderators.
- Respect other users. No flaming or abusing your fellow users.
- Users who continue to post inflammatory or abusive comments will be kicked/banned from the Discord after warnings are issued by moderators.
- Do not harass others.
- No threats or harassment of other users will be tolerated. Any instance of threatening or harassment-like behavior is grounds for a ban from the Discord.
- No explicit adult content.
- No pornography of any kind is allowed. Posts containing adult material will be deleted.
- Please use the appropriate channels if you want an issue to be looked into.
- In the Discord's #welcome-and-rules channel you can find a list of roles and departments and what they handle. Please contact a Moderator or the relevant department DM before jumping to Administrators—unless absolutely necessary.
- Punishment for breaking these rules will result in disciplinary action being taken and will be tracked on your record.
